The Autodesk Revit Content Libraries repair process will not restore missing content files.Program related installation settings, including desktop shortcut, discipline, UK terminology, project path, and service packs, remain part of the original Autodesk Revit 2015 installation package while content related installation settings, including content packs, default content, and configurable folders, are now associated with the new Autodesk Revit Content Libraries 2015 installation package. For Autodesk Revit 2015, the installation of content files has been broken out into a separate installation package, Autodesk Revit Content Libraries 2015. In previous releases of Autodesk Revit, the program and content files were installed as part of a single installation package.On each of the other servers in the network, locate the Revit.ini file and replace the InstallGUID value with the value copied from the first server. On the first server, locate the file Revit.ini in the folder: C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\\UserDataCache If a non-deployment install is utilized to configure multiple servers, each user's roaming profile settings are restored to the default values as the user logs into different servers. It is recommended that Autodesk Revit is installed from the same deployment when installing to multiple computers in a networked environment. To prevent this error set the User Access Control in Windows Control Panel to Never Notify. When installing or uninstalling the procedure may fail if content had been redirected to be on a shared network location using a mapped drive.
